Hannas developed and delivered an industrial subdivision of an 8.1 hectare complex.

Early works included managing and relocating green and golden bell frog habitats and addressed geological challenges, such as managing a volcanic dyke and dewatering the old brick pit. The Pit was filled and compacted in layers to engineering specifications until the final level was reached.

The land was then subdivided into 24 lots, each equipped with essential infrastructure such as electrical, water, and communication systems. Hannas also provided turnkey solutions for three clients.
