Designed by award winning architects, Rothelowman, Rockwater Brookvale is located at 101 – 105 Old Pittwater Road. The site is situated within an industrial estate with close proximity to Westfield Warringah Mall, and the A8 Motorway.

The proposal envisages a development comprising of warehouses with mezzanine office space, micro warehouses and strata storage units. The building facade uses permeable screens to reduce visual bulk, maximise access to sunlight, and for vines to cling onto and grow. It reintroduces landscape and greenery to improve the existing streetscape of an industrial estate. The facade articulation engages with the community by creating a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging interaction between the existing tenants within the vicinity.
