Worley Parsons and Sydney Water formed an alliance to develop renewable energy resources at targeted Sydney Water facilities around Sydney. This initiative was known as the SWC Renewable Energy Generation Program.

Woronora & Prospect Reservoir were targeted sites for development.Hannas were awarded the supply, construction, fabrication and installation of all Civil, Mechanical and Associated Pipework required for the completion of the Mini Hydro Power Plant & Turbine Generator.
